Turnkey, Expert Brand Solutions/
We make connections between strategy and creativity to uncover actionable answers clients need. We like listening and asking questions. We like giving answers that become effective solutions./
What Makes Us Tick/
Seek offers a vast range of services in both the area of branding and that of the environmental presentation of signage and wayfinding solutions./
We audit, evaluate and document each of our client's brand touch points so that we are able to design production processes that we know will be implemented successfully./
The Audit / 1/
At least two project team members conduct a comprehensive physical audit, per site, of all brand touch points identified by the brief. Team members photograph, capture and quantify all the relevant aspects, including surrounding influences, while identifying current and future business requirements. (Without a through audit, the production and implementation process invariably become prone to frustrating, costly delays and the need to deal with unforeseen risks and obstacles. SEEK’s detailed audit process obviates such delays, risks and costs)
All information is captured by our bespoke audit app, allowing for concise information gathering in real time, accelerating the assessment and implementation phases and reducing the risk of human error and future corruption issues.
In collecting information, our team members evaluate individual sites and site-specific cultures and behavioural norms, a process that addresses legacy issues and takes into account all influencing factors so as to future-proof implementation.
Local and regional audits establish risks that could aect a particular site or region while we document and assess what regional resources may be available for use in the production and implementation phases.
The Production / 2/
Detailed production plans are developed by expert teams who evaluate and process information captured in the audit process. These plans are developed to address the local and regional requirements and mitigate potential challenges.
Clients’ specific procurement requirements are always taken seriously and factored into the production plans, all potentially positive and negative effects being communicated effectively and timeously to the client.
Local environmental considerations are essential in detail to ensure that only the most appropriate products are specified. The process entails accounting for regional factors including minimum and maximum temperatures, humidity and UV exposure as well as site-specific human behaviour that may affect implementation.
To address all possible quality and cost risks, regional stock levels, production and capability and guarantees are negotiated directly with wholesalers and individual vendors. SEEK often involves itself in the acquisition, on behalf of vendors, of raw materials.
This all-encompassing approach to ensuring the integraty of the value chain has profoiundly positive effects, including:
- Cost control
- Supply control
- Avoiding undue mark-ups
- Enforcing guarantees against faulty material or workmanship
- Review by wholesalers to ensure that their products are correctly used
- Uniformity of brand implementations across all sites.
All selected suppliers are assessed on capavity and their abiulity to meet the procurement requirements. We factor in the following considerations in our appointment processes:
- Size of facility
- Company footprint
- STA training and skills sets
- On-site machinery
- Previous work completed
- Current work in production
- Future work commitments
- Previous and current financial position.
The Implementation / 3/
Project implementation plans are developed at the same time that the procurement plans are being scoped and structured. Implementation plans are continuously reviewed to incorporate potential risks and challenges identified during production. Out logistics teams factor in all the elements of the stock process, from supplier to delivery; the management of all taxes and duties; transport times and costs and potential down time. Import and export regimes and local political considerations, relationships and sensitivities are factored into detailed planning,
Whenever possible we train and empower our client’s employees to become involved in the implementation phase. This reduces the safety risk by limiting the involvement of contractors who may not be familiar with the clients on-site safety standards and protocols. An added benefit is that the employees are then able to undertake all future repair and maintenance work.
